Ryan & Alyssa had a heart-felt wedding at the Wisconsin Lutheran Chapel before heading out to Olbrich Botanical Gardens & the Wisconsin State Capitol to take some wedding portraits. It was such a fun wedding party, with many familiar faces as they found us through Ben & Amanda’s Wedding last fall. It’s always great to see people we’ve worked with before, and the wedding was really a joy to photograph.
After the portraits, we headed to the reception at the Madison East Side Club. It was a lovely time, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.
Ryan & Alyssa, we wish you many happy years of joy and love together. Thanks for choosing us to be part of your wedding day.

Ryan had this ring custom designed for Alyssa, made into an infinity symbol. It’s one of the most unique and beautiful rings I’ve seen. It also highly appeals to my dorky math side.
Absolutely love moments like this one. This might be my favorite image from the day.
Do these two look familiar? We photographed their Memories Ballroom Wedding last fall, and they recommended us to Ryan & Alyssa. Thanks Ben & Amanda!
The Olbrich Botanical Gardens in Madison are an absolute joy to take portraits at. It’s filled with tons of beautiful places to shoot and we loved taking a variety of beautiful wedding portraits there.
Taking wedding portraits around the capitol is just as beautiful as photographing the wedding party on the stairs of the capitol. We also might have seen about 8 other wedding parties there that day – it was like one big wedding party! It’s a popular place on Saturdays in summer!
